  • Staff, volunteers and guests are welcome to shoot still photos, video or film at Irukandji for personal use only.
  • If this personal use involves sharing the photos over the Internet care must be taken that the content is being shared in a professional manner. Any undesirable comments/photos will not be tolerated.
  • Any reuse or reproduction for commercial purpose without written consent of Irukandji is strictly prohibited.
  • Staff, volunteers and guests do not have the right to distribute or sell images/footage taken at the Attraction for commercial use, which includes third party sellers.
  • As Irukandji is the rightful holder of any image/footage taken within its premises, the Attraction has the right to share the image/footage for use in marketing, promotions or communications.
