Adopt an Animal

Adopt and Animal at Irukandji and help raise awareness for marine life conservation and assist in the ongoing care of all our sharks, rays and other fish.

Why adopt?

Here at Irukandji Shark & Ray Encounters we provide the best care for our animals! Without government funding, this comes at a high cost! By donating through Adopt an Animal at Irukandj you will help us continue our fight for ocean conservation by providing funds for:

  • building & maintaining our state-of-the-art marine exhibits
  • veterinary care
  • the highest level of animal husbandry including quality sustainable food, enclosure maintenance, and animal enrichment
  • educating the public about some large issues in ocean conservation and how they can help
  • running school programs to help children better understand their role in the ocean
  • providing funds for our not-for-profit Sea Shelter to rescue & rehabilitate marine fish and reptiles

Along with this you will also get a personalised certificate to show your valuable contribution as well as other gifts according to your donation amount.
