MEET OUR BOARD OF DIRECTORS

The board of directors is quite small since Irukandji is a family-run business. Managing Director Ryan Pereira leads this whole venture with his passion and empathy towards the fish, the staff and the business as a whole. Ryan has a background in environmental science and marine biology, he intends on using his skills to lead scientific studies on the ocean and its systems, whilst working closely with the UNI supporting their studies on sharks.

Backed up by Lia Pereira; Ryans trusted marketing manager (and wife). Lia has a Zoo Keeping background; working for Oakvale Farm and Fauna World for ten years and a zoo abroad whilst traveling.  Lia has an equal passion for wildlife and the ocean, with animal conservation a top priority. Together the pair make a dynamic team that is ready for action.
