We are proud to contribute to the ReShark Zebra Shark Rewilding Project, a pioneering initiative aimed at restoring wild populations of Stegostoma tigrinum (zebra sharks) in their native habitats. Our work focuses on improving captive breeding protocols to reliably produce viable zebra shark eggs for rewilding. This includes refining incubation techniques, monitoring embryonic development and maintaining genetic diversity.

This research supports the long-term sustainability of reintroduced populations and represents an important step toward reversing local extinctions through science-driven species recovery.
