If this personal use involves sharing the photos over the Internet care must be taken that the content is being shared in a professional manner. Any undesirable comments/photos will not be tolerated.

Any reuse or reproduction for commercial purpose without written consent of Irukandji is strictly prohibited.

Staff, volunteers and guests do not have the right to distribute or sell images/footage taken at the Attraction for commercial use, which includes third party sellers.

As Irukandji is the rightful holder of any image/footage taken within its premises, the Attraction has the right to share the image/footage for use in marketing, promotions or communications.
